How to Cancel –

Visa reservations can be canceled by sending us an Email ID modify@visafill.com.

If you’ve submitted an application for multiple visas as well as visas to multiple people Please specify the specific visa to be canceled.

The cancellation will be verified offline, and the refund will be returned to the credit card used to make the reservation, following deducting of the applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Refunds –

All cancellation fees are imposed for each visa on a for each person.

If you wish to cancel or change your travel plans within the 24 hour period of the time you made the visa booking cancellation fees are deducted according to the following the following:

Rs. 250 (inc. GST) per on-line Visa (if not already processed)

Rs. 500 (inc. GST) per visa for Visa

No Refunds in the following situations The following cases are excluded.

Within 24 hours of obtaining your visa, you will be issued a new one.

If you decide to cancel or withdraw your Visa Application after our agent has visited to confirm the authenticity of the documents.

If you decide to cancel the Visa Application after your documents/passport have been sent to the appropriate Embassy

Rescheduling and Extra Visits to check of documents and collection

Customers receive One (1) no-cost rescheduling our agent to come visit you to verify your identity and take custody of documents.

In the event of a subsequent rescheduling, the fee of Rs. 250 (inc. GST) per visa will be in effect.

Our agents will inquire with you on the preparedness of all papers prior to the visit, for physical confirmation of documents. If, following the visit, any documents are not prepared at your own end and if there is a need to have another visit from the agent for verification or the collection of documents the additional cost of 250 rupees (incl. GST) will be charged. 250 (inc. GST) is applicable.

Refund and Cancellation Policy to make appointments with VFS Global and outsourcing and technology specialists for government and diplomatic missions around the world –

If you’ve submitted an application for a visa in one of the countries that has contracted out its administrative duties for collection of visas for visa collection to VFS Global or similar agencies and similar agencies, then the Administration fee in the event in the event of “Rescheduling” or a “No Show” will be determined by the agency’s cancellation and refund policy.

Refunds –

Refunds are processed within 72-48 hours and credit to the original method of payment.

The Company reserves the right to modify either temporarily or permanently, any or the entire refund and cancellation policies in relation to all or any users at any point without notice.
