VisaFill is solely responsible for processing the visa application on behalf of the person applying. It is not responsible for the results from the submission. It is important to note that the decision to grant or deny for the application is the discretion of the decision by the Embassy of the Country in question and VisaFill is not engaged in any way and neither is it responsible or accountable in any way for any delays in the process of processing or refusal or grant of a visa application applicants by any Embassy or the Embassy. The Embassy retains the rights to request additional documents and/or to reject any visa request.

The acceptance of the application is dependent on the authority of the country in which the visa application is made. VisaFill does not take responsibility for the results of an application that result from inaccuracy of information or due to mistakes committed by an applicant.

VisaFill has the option to terminate the application of an applicant and remove their personal data in the event that an applicant: does not meet the eligibility requirements and thus is not appropriate to fill out the application online or offline and provides false or false personal information, or participates in any act that is illegal, or disregards the changes, deletes, or does not comply with any section of the process to register.

The embassy might choose to look over an application at the destination country rather than the embassy in the country of origin. The decision to review an application is up to the decision of the embassy and the decision is not one that could be announced beforehand by VisaFill. It could take longer than the normal processing time for these applications to be processed, and this is not the responsibility of VisaFill.

VisaFill will always submit an application for visas in the best interest of the applicant. We are a privately owned company and do not have the authority to issue visas of any kind. We do not guarantee a positive outcome for a visa application, or any review or assessment for arriving at the final outcome as an element of the visa application process. The final decision regarding each application is made by the appropriate agency responsible for releasing the result.

VisaFill will not influence any decision taken by an immigration authority; request for additional information prior to the finalization of a visa; any delay caused by an immigration authority during the process of granting an application for a visa, or a decision to not grant an entry visa.

The immigration officer or authority has the sole authority to decide on the length of a visa they issue. This may be less than what is desired or demanded by the customer. In the same way, the immigration officer or authority has sole discretion regarding the date of activation they put on the visa granted. The date could be earlier than the date that is expected or requested by the customer. VisaFill does not have any responsibility for the duration of any visa issued, or the date that is put on any visa issued by an immigration official even. VisaFill is not able to exercise any power or authority to alter this date/term.

VisaFill provides its customers with visa options and makes visas on their behalf in good faith, based on the information on immigration made available directly by embassy and immigration department at time of lodging. In the event that immigration laws or regulations were updated by an immigration department, but the changes have not been disclosed to the general people at the moment of submission, this information conflict is not within its control VisaFill. VisaFill is not responsible to any person whose visa application is that is rejected or for any additional charges due to such a decision (including travel expenses) in the event of situations where incorrect information become apparent.

VisaFill will rely on the information provided by the client for the delivery of services to the client. VisaFill cannot independently verify or take responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of the details.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to supply VisaFill with all the required details and documents regarding the application. This includes but isn’t restricted to documents from third parties, such as family members, partners employers and sponsors, assessment bodies or educational institutions, etc. If the documents required do not meet the specifications required by VisaFill, VisaFill retains the right to refuse to submit the visa request until receiving all the required documentation to complete the process.

If an immigration agency has set a deadline for submitting documents in an application, the required documents must be submitted in the earliest time possible but not longer than 48 hours before the date of deadline.

VisaFill is not responsible for any delay or expense caused by incomplete forms for application and/or inaccurate or incorrect information supplied, or incorrect or false or insufficient supporting documents.

There is no possibility of a refund for any charges paid to VisaFill when the visa application was submitted with Immigration Authorities. Immigration Authorities regardless of the reason for the withdrawal.

If you find any error or discrepancy in the information provided on your Visa Please inform VisaFill professionals within 24hrs after having received your Visa. VisaFill cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that may occur in the event that a person submits an amendment issue within 24 hours after receiving their visa.

The pricing plan that begins at Rs 160 will be based on the following conditions:

1. This offer is only valid within the geographical boundaries of Asia.
2. The offer is only available to those aged between 3 months to 40 years old.
3. The duration of travel should vary from a minimum 2 days up to five days maximum.
